9 months after the murder of a prison official named Michael Francke, the police suddenly came up with several eye wittnesses to testify against this man. All of them have since then recanted their statements saying they lied because of police threats a being coerced. They had evidence pointing to another man and evidence that would have helped him all of which was not allowed at his trial, his attorney was inadequate and several members of the jury selected were state employees. Several people have come forward to say they know the other man Tim Natividad killed that man. But still he sits in prison. Life wasted. There is physical evidence which was also withheld during trial. Primarily a hair found on the suit of the victim. Allow him a new trial or free him. Do what's right.
