To FREE Gary Thibodeau

In 1994 Gary Thibodeau was convicted of kidnapping in the
1st degree. He has spent 20 years in prison. Convicted with NO DNA OR ANY PHYSICAL EVIDENCE. The DA relied on the testimony of two jailhouse snitches. Since one has recanted his testimony and admits he was offered a shorter sentence if he would testify. In 2014 a federal defender Lisa Peebles filed to over turn his conviction. In 1994 there were other Probable suspects. This was with held from trial. A judge has sworn he was unaware of these suspects and knowledge that the missing girl Heidi Allen was a drug informant. Her information was later dropped by a sheriff at the place of her kidnapping. In 2013 one of these suspects was secretly taped. She openly confessed to the kidnapping of Heidi Allen.
