In 1994 Heidi M Allen vanished from her place of work. In 1995 Gary Thibodeau was arrested and charged with kidnapping in the 1st degree. He was convicted with no DNA and no body. In 2013 a Probable suspect admitted to the kidnapping and was taped by OCSD in upstate NY.
