Streamline the process for all military, veterans and their families to obtain Handgun Carry permits at no cost and no additional education requirements as long as said individuals have no terrorism ties or are of at least the age of 21 years old. The reason is to keep all those whom have fought for and served this country, and their families to be able to defend themselves if need be in an active shooter situation because ISIS has already made it known that the military, the veterans and all of their families are targets for terror.
