herman wallace is a former black panther who in 1972 was convicted of murdering a prison gaurd in 1972 and has since spent almost 40 years in solitary confienment, even if he did murder the gaurd witch there is vary little evidence that he did no one diserves what happend to him it is a blatent violation of human rights and frankly an embaressment to us criminal justice
