Free Jarmain Merritt! Incarcerated for 17 years and counting for a crime that he did not commit!

Help an innocent man get exonerated for a crime that he did not commit. Merritt was accused of vehicular car jacking and aggravated kidnapping. Merritt was no where near the scene of the crime and there is no evidence that place him there. There was no motive, no weapon, nothing taken from the scene of the crime, tapes that were submitted as evidence were blank and the suspect and witness continued to be confused as to the description and profile of the attacker.
