We the people believe that former Penn State football coach and humanitarian Jerry Sandusky deserves to be the recipient of a presidential pardon from President Obama. There was clearly not enough evidence substantiate that he was and is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a criminal court of law. Additionally, his legal team was not provided enough time to properly prepare his case by the prosecution. At the very least his conviction should be declared a mistrial and a new trial should be conducted.
