I have know him for 3yrs. and married for 1yr. We hired an immigration lawyer and are currently in the process of obtaining his visa (I130 approved, affidavit of support being processed). Homeland Security has him in federal detention and pending indictment (ICE hold)because of this mistake he made so long ago. The only mistake this man has made is working hard to support the American family he is now a BIG part of. In fact, our 5yr. old son, wants to go help his Papi with "work" so they can finish up and go fishing. Jesus Salto is all about family,work,n fishing
