Free Jonathan Pollard immediately and without preconditions.

Created by I.S. on February 03, 2014

Mr. Pollard has repeatedly expressed remorse for his actions and has served almost 20 years MORE THAN any other person who has been convicted for a comparable offense.

As he begins serving his 29th year in prison, Jonathan Pollard’s health continues to deteriorate. If Mr. Pollard dies in jail, our country will be responsible for ignoring one of the greatest miscarriages of justice in its history.

We are not Cuba, we are not Iran and we are not North Korea. We do not hold prisoners indefinitely without providing valid reasons for doing so. Commuting his sentence would by no means imply doubt as to his guilt, but would instead serve as proof to the world that the United States of America will always uphold the highest standards of justice and decency.
