Justin Kapla, a US citizen has been denied a fair trail (insufficient evidence, lack of interpretation during court proceedings), prevented from leaving Mongolia, and imprisoned. He was sentenced to years in prison in a situation where Mongolia was after his former employer. He and two Filipinos were tried, sentenced and imprisoned.
