Justina Pelletier is a 15 year old who has been diagnosed with Mitochondrial Disease, a progressive, degenerative disease with no known cure, by Tufts University Medical Center. In 2012 she came down with the flu, and her family sought help at Boston Children's Hospital. Instead of help, the Hospital re-diagnosed her with Somatoform disorder. When the parents asked for a second opinion, the Hospital immediately sought to have parental rights terminated - and that occurred. Justina is now being held against her will and that of her family in Boston Children's in a locked psychiatric ward. Able to enjoy skating and other activities last year, her decline is significant since her imprisonment, and is now wheelchair dependent. Free Justina immediately and return her to her family!!!
