At age 18, Kesha signed a very binding contract with her producer Dr, Luke, and Sony music. In In October of 2014, she filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke’s alleged abusive behavior, which included “sexual assault and battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, civil harassment, unfair business, and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress”. In 2015 she added Sony to her lawsuit. Today (2/19/16) a judge ruled that she must keep her contract (which gives her no creative freedom- she can not release any music without her abusive producer) due to a lack of evidence.
kesha should not suffer through this. the government should not decide whether or not a person was raped. this is absolutely despicable.
justice needs to be served.
