We the People, petition the President of the United States, Barack Obama, to exercise his End-of-Term Pardon privileges in order to Free Leonard Peltier and right an old political injustice that has been going on for far too long.
Many aspects of Mr. Peltier’s “trial” and conviction have become suspect over the years. Amnesty International put Peltier’s case on its "Unfair Trials" category in its 2010 Annual Report.
