No wild animal should be confined in captivity. Especially killer whales - the largest mammals alive.
According to studies, keeping an orca in a swimming pool would be exactly the same as humans being kept in a bathtub. All in all, it is unfair, inhumane and we should not be exploiting these highly intelligent, majestic creatures.
They deserve freedom, just like we do.
