Free Montreail Dungy. An INNOCENT African American man who is sitting in jail because of "hear say" and no evidence!

Montreail Dungy was found NOT guilty of possession of drugs but guilty of a conspiracy that started when he was only 15 years old. The incredible aspect of his case is that he was being held in juvenile detention when “supposedly” this conspiracy was going on. At trial they had NO EVIDENCE – NO DRUGS, NO VIEDO, NO AUDIO –He was still convicted only with “hear say” evidence that was permitted by the sitting Judge. Both witnesses who testified against Mr. Dungy have RECANTED (noting that they testified under duress) and YET Mr. Dungy cant get a NEW TRIAL!!! We need your signature to ask for a Presidential Pardon. He has served 10 years of a 21 year sentence for something he didn’t do.
