This act is an action of freedom- as women are not treated as an equal being on this topic. If a man was to take off his shirt due to a hot summer day, it would be socially accepted. If a woman was to do the same, it would be considered nudity. If a man was to go to a photo shoot and have his chest bare, it would be modeling. If a woman was to do the same, it would be considered porn. Now, of course, Washington DC and New York City have a few exceptions to the law, not to mention nude beaches, but those are the very few areas where this is accepted. Now, I agree that you shouldn't have your chest bare all the time for both genders, but it's time for congress and people to stop sexualizing an organ whom's only purpose by anatomy is to feed young!
