Patrica Mouliom was picked up by police, and sent to NFSH, when she stopped to ask for directions to get back to Jacksonville fl. She has spent 8 years in this mad house jail, forcefully medicated, sterilized and brain washed until she is going mad. Every sign of side effect, every rebellion against such imprisonment for perpetuity is used to prove that she is crazy, therefore, never to see the light of day again. Her crime? driving my car and asking for directions, when she was practically new in this country and unable to obtain a driver license. Penalty for driving without a license is not jail time. it is a fine. I convinced her that good behavior can free her and rebellion would not help. she cooperated, was put on discharge, many times, but immigration status blocked her way out
