Service members are required to pay out of pocket in order to call home and they are also charged for internet usage. It should be the responsibility of the Government to assure that our service members have free access instead of creating more debt from their deployment by charging them OVER $5 / hour to talk on the phone and even more to use the internet which runs well over $60-100 / month.
