free public school students from having their freedoms restricted for the sake of education.

Created by C.K. on April 03, 2013

Students in the public school system are facing a battle of their freedoms and rights just because the school system can bypass the law.

Dress codes should not be allowed as students should be allowed to express themselves. Why should the way a person dress interrupt education? Their clothing doesn't matter outside of school why should inside school be any different?

Why is it okay for school systems to deny children this freedoms and rights that are supposedly given to them through our Bill of Rights. What allows school systems to not abide by the law?
