Cannabis minister, Reverend Roger Christie (Hawaiian Peacemaker Award 2001) has been imprisoned without trial or bail for the past fifteen months, for a first-time, non-violent marijuana charge. The Constitution was written to prevent what is happening to Roger. Due process of law has been suspended in deference to an unConstitutionally vague accusation of being a "danger to the community." Nothing could be further from the truth.
