Robert Duncan, an average American citizen trying to make a living. Duncan was persecuted unreasonably for growing medical marijuana in a legalized state, California. He grew medical marijuana for those who suffered various illnesses. His home was raided by the federal government, and Duncan was sentenced to two years in prison. It is unjust that state and government laws conflict with each other and allow these circumstances to occur. This federal law must be updated, or this country will forever remain a hypocrisy.
