Robert James Freeman has been grounded for about a month because of his "unsatisfactory" GPA of a 3.0 and has not been able to have contact with friends out of school and church, use his phone, use his iPod, watch TV, skateboard, go to a friends house,go to the skatepark, and to make skateboarding videos. If this continues, Robert may not maintain physical and emotional stability and may turn him into a menace to society. This petition is here to:
1. allow Robert to use his phone, iPod, and skateboard without limitations
2.allow Robert to got to his friends houses and allow them to go to his house when it is convenient for Robert
3.allow Robert to make skate videos with his "homies"
4.allow Robert to go to the skate park
