Rubashkin was given an unprecedented severe sentence for his crime. The presiding judge was biased against Rubashkin as she was involved in the raid on his meat plant. She had no business judging this case and by law she should have disqualified herself.
I am asking to give Rubashkin another trial led by a non- prejudiced judge.
