Samer Issawi.. a Palestinian detainee with no charges, on hunger strike since 171 days in row now, he has fractures in his ribs, and aches in all parts of his body,,he suffers dizziness, severe weakness in eyesight, health problems in kidneys that prevent him from sleeping.. doesn't he need one minute from you to share and publish his humanitarian cause.. I hope you don't hesitate and do it at once...as he may die in any minute in the Israeli prisons
