Who is a British citizen, and aid worker rounded up in Afghanistan in November 2001, and held in Guantanamo since February 2002. While there he has not been tried, has been subjected to severe treatment and the US government has now admitted there is no case against him. He has spent over 11 years imprisoned. This injustice needs to be corrected.
