Free the State of Louisiana

As the founding fathers of the United States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776,
"When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them another and assume among the powers of earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Natures God entitled them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impell them to the separation ". Governments are instituted among men,deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends,it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it,and institute new Government.
