Free Study in all over the world... I cannot study more because of my income is very low.

i done my 10 standards and then i try to give the 11th standard papers on my city Karachi but did not clear that papers so i tried to give the 12th papers next year with the 11th standard failed papers but again i did not passed my exams and then now i am 30 years old now and i have a daughter and i really need to study again but i cannot pay the papers fees. So i think many peoples cannot study because the study boards and colleges and schools asking many fees for the study... So study has to be a free and very good study needed. Govt is providing a low cost school and colleges but board fees are not affordable for everyone and govt colleges are not so good for study in our country..
