The FDA is attempting to apply the deeming clause to circumvent U.S. Congress in order to regulate the e cigarette or vaping community for it holds that e liquid is equivalent to tobacco products therefore it falls under their jurisdiction in accordance with the Act which was signed into law by Obama in 2009.
I ask you to support Tom Cole's amendment and also to go as far as removing any deeming clause which the FDA is asserting regarding the e cigarette/vaping community, that is, e liquid.
