Dear Mr. President, - *In December 2011- a young Vietnamese songwriter- VIET KHANG- was arrested by Viet Cong- He wrote 2 songs (Who are You & Where is my Vietnam) to demonstrate his patriotism and to call on citizens to assume responsibility for Vietnam 's future- I am now calling on You to concern with the Vietnamese Communist Government and demanding their immediate and unconditional release- Thank You so much and wish You will be re-elected for second term- Sincerely-
