Due to the overwhelming evidence that captive whales are both potentially harmful and being treated in a way that harms the animals' physical and mental well being the parks should be forced to free the whales and admit they were at fault for the deaths of the trainers in their parks and the other parks they were working close with. These parks can find other ways to make their money. The treatment of these animals has made for a dangerous and harmful situation.
