Removing control the FCC has over broadcast entertainment.

Given Corporations are empowered with rights such as speech, and influence. As well as entities such as the West burrow Baptist Church are allowed to protest their voices in poor taste (as seen by some), or justifiebly according to the First Amendment...
It follows that the FCC should not be able to regulate the type of language used, imagery shown, or messages provided by, or produced by entertainments companies, so long as there are no threats to public safety, or national saftey.
