Freedom of Information Act request for Timothy M. Butterworth
I Timothy M. Butterworth SSN 163-62-0978 have been mistreated by the US military and other US governmental agencies for years as well as other US citizens.
I would like to have all records related to me released and unsealed including my medical records as well as any and all records that led to the intentional Sun Su Art of War attack against me by The US Air Force. As well as the Acid Gas attack at Andersen AFB Guam Tech Control Facility.
I would like to volunteer to be the executioner for any and all individuals involved.
