Freedom isn't free act.

I keep seeing bumper stickers and hearing people say freedom isn't free. This is true, freedom isn't free. So the people who haven't paid their fair share in sweat and blood should pay in money. I propose to increase the taxes of those who haven't served in the military by 10% and reduce the taxes of those who have served and were honorably discharged by 10%. This should be those who have at least 2 years of active duty service in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard or Merchant Marines. This could even be extended to spouses of those who have died in service to their country.
