Men and women have fought in the military and have died for this amazing country. In recent years and also during the Vietnam war, people have burned the American flag in protest. Now this is not illegal due to the constitution/supreme court and the rights we have thanks to our founding fathers, but DOES NOT mean it is right. Those who burn the flag and therefore stomp on it should get some type of punishment whether it be community service or a fine.
