American students are in imminent danger from zealous organizations who seek to tag and track them in school and at home.
I propose a Freedom to Maintain Anonymity amendment which would legislate that no government organization or organization that receives government funding should be able to track people who utilize their services without reasonable guarantees of anonymity. I also propose that this amendment include text to permanently ban the implementation of RFID or other electronic tracking and surveillance systems in schools, other government organizations, organizations that receive government funding or at large. Lastly, to ensure no information obtained from such tracking systems be admissible as evidence in court cases against individuals with the exception of corporations.
