Religious bigotry is sweeping across America attacking the civil rights of minority groups like #LGBT and #Atheists.
Very few of our elected officials have been able to run for office as non-believers, as secular views are being stigmatized.
In spite of our Constitution separating Church and State while at the same time guaranteeing free exercise of religion - local and State Governments are now introducing legislation to "restore freedom of religion" in order to persecute minorities in the name of "faith".
Religious writings are thus held higher than our Constitution, paving the path to a theocracy. To prevent this development We the People desperately need a Freedom From Religion Act to protect the very foundation of our Constitutional Republic.
