Freedom to Roam America is a RIGHT not a PRIVILEDGE! Driving should be considered a right of the people not a privilege

Created by T.L. on November 13, 2012

The right to roam free throughout the United States should be a protected right by the Government. Allowing State and Local Governments to profit off the right to travel within the United States freely. Allowing State and Local Governments to treat driving as a privilege versus a right also affects the right to free trade within the U.S. It also allows those Governments to put undo hardships on its citizens by limiting the area they can work. Which affects the national and local economies. Driving rights should not be allowed to be taken away from any individual. It is also a violation of the Bill Of Rights. To jail someone for driving to work or conducting personal business should be regarded as violation of Amendment VIII.
