Freedom of speech should extend outside the workplace.

Created by A.M. on July 07, 2014

Our forefathers had the insight to understand how important the ability to express one's self was and will always be. Because of this they expressed it in the Bill of Rights with the freedom of speech. Because of the advancing technology and social media one's beliefs outside the work place are getting back to work. Some may find these words and idea's disagreeable many have been fired for personal opinion. The first amendment is essentially lost when you can lose your lively hood for practicing that right. Words spoken outside of the workplace with no direct association towards the job should be freely given with no repercussion on your livelihood.
