Freely distribute illegal drugs in designated areas so addicts can seek treatment and not harm society.

Created by C.D. on January 07, 2014

To reduce damage that addicts do to society, drugs should be distributed to addicts free of charge in controlled areas in order to create an environment that is safe and open for addicts to seek treatment.

Drugs cannot be taken out of the designated areas and drug users cannot operate vehicles under the influence of drugs. And they cannot leave if under the influence, they pose a danger to themselves our others.

By not charging money, governments have zero incentive to enable the addiction and have easy access to the addicts in order to compel them to seek treatment. Law enforcement resources are freed up to do more effective policing. Addicts are less willing to steal or commit other crimes to fund their drug use. This means less people in the criminal justice system.
