Freeze all Foreign aid until all Furloughed government workers have returned to work and a budget is finalized.

Since the Sequestration is now in place. I and the fellow Americans who have signed this petition feel that our Country can not afford to give foreign aid to countries when we are laying off our own citizens. This Administration must comprise with Congress to pass a viable budget that will reduce our spending. Why are we borrowing money to give it away? This is like a citizen getting a cash advance on a credit card just to give it to a charity. Until our debt is reduced, all foreign aid must be frozen. I.E. Pakistan, Egypt (just given $250 Million), and many others that we the public really do not know about.
