As the Commander in Chief, it is YOUR obligation to protect American military personal abroad and every American citizen. Stop all funds and support for countries that arrest American service members without proper legal counsel, bail,speedy trial and the right to due process according to the U.N. The funds and support will be held until compliance. Also, that government in question will be held accountable and liable for compensation.
For example, Mexico. No tax payer dollar should go to a corrupt government that doesn't follow the law.
