The people of the United States of America demand that both houses of congress and the President of the United States act with maturity and professionalism, and responsibly fulfill their duty to the American taxpayer by submitting a BALANCED budget. (Balanced as in expenditures equals income.)
Until such time, congress and the President will receive NO paycheck funded by the American taxpayer. There will be NO backpay when the balanced budget is passed and there will be a 10-year moratorium on pay raises on the three branches of government.
