Freeze all self-voted pay increases to members of Congress to only include cost of living adjustments.

With the current financial crisis that affects this country, I petition the White House to put a stop to the constant nonsense pay raises that members of our Congress for the current 'job not done' they are doing. The American people are suffering with high unemployment and higher taxes as part of the current fiscal crisis and it is time for our elected officials to feel the same pain that the people they represent. As Congress has an inability to do their job, I believe it it time to freeze their pay and give them no recourse to raise their wages as that seems to be all they can agree on.
