1 Bedroom apt or studio - 400 max
2 Bedroom apt - 600 max
3 Bedroom apt - 800 max
4 Bedroom apt - 1200 max
Also We the people petition the White House to consider for each 1 Bedroom apt that it also include a washer & dryer that is not coin operated.
The fine for not obeying the rental freeze amounts should be $100 for every $20 charged over, per person
