We petition the Obama administration to find the bank accounts in which the deposed Ukrainian President hid the billions he stole from that country and ask those banks to freeze the funds so that Russia cannot use these funds to suppress the Ukraine and so that those funds can be used for the benefit of the Ukrainians.
