For those of us that are fortunate to be a part of the American workforce, we are held to standards, goals and objectives that are evaluated annually. We have elected politicians to office with the expectation that the elected official would go to Washington as a representative of our voice. The constant do nothing Congress, political posturing, pointing fingers and name blame game that continues to plague our political system has created a mockery of the American process.
We need to enact effective immediately, some form of compensation freeeze or restriction on those elected officials who fail to communicate effectively, work well with others, put forth solutions, manage crisis, demonstrate leadership, and produce legislation that puts America on the path forward.
