That the president takes actions to freeze the pay of Congress at 2012 lvl,till our economy has recovered from the depression, and be responsable like all middle class americans and take a pay freeze or a reduction while the economy is stagnant, basically as a taxpayer i am giving my evaluation of Congress, just like i get from my boss....and my evaluation is a unsatisfactory F of this Congress.
