. Put a freeze on American companies that has received stimulus money from outsourcing American based jobs overseas for ten years. This would help prevent any layoffs. If the any company having received stimulus money from the Government outsources American jobs overseas, demand that company repay the stimulus money plus interest back to the Government and the taxpayer.
