This proposes to freeze pay for all politicians (President included) until a budget has been proposed for the fiscal year. This to call our politicians to act responsibly when it comes to our budget, and should encourage them to compromise within a certain amount of time. This will also allow us to cut spending temporarily until they get their heads out of their asses.
