Freeze spending! Return spending to 2008 levels in order to get the budget under control.

The country should freeze spending at 2008 levels, which was a good baseline before TARP, stimulus spending, and ObamaCare. This would necessarily mean a repeal of ObamaCare. Please help us eliminate the budget deficit.
